built together.

HAVEN is in the concept and feasibility stage. Romania is the chosen country, but no property has been selected, no construction budget has been verified by contractors, and no protection performance has been finalized. We are not collecting money. Every figure on this site is a planning assumption that professional studies will test, and will change.
