Across the €15M–€35M range, the theoretical cost is €300,000–€700,000 per resident. These figures divide the capital budget equally per person. They are not membership fees or investment offers.

Budgets were estimated for 50 residents. A different population would need its own, re-estimated construction budget; this only shows how the selected budget divides.
Total project cost ÷ planned resident capacity × household size. Children count toward capacity; only adults vote. Changing the number of residents does not produce a valid construction budget. These are illustrative cost-sharing calculations, not prices or offers.
