Membership & Roadmap

Six phases, each one earned.

Every phase has a clear output and a go / no-go decision before the next begins. Timings will be set once feasibility work is complete.

  1. Phase 1Now

    Founding community

    Identify interested families, potential financial supporters, technical contributors and qualified professionals through expressions of interest.

  2. Phase 2Next

    Feasibility funding

    Investigate suitable land, legal structures, engineering feasibility and professional cost estimates.

    Preliminary goal: €50,000–€100,000. An illustrative campaign objective, not an active fundraiser.

  3. Phase 3Planned

    Formal membership & capital formation

    Establish the project entity, publish validated costs and member rights, and develop legally compliant funding agreements.

  4. Phase 4Planned

    Property & infrastructure

    Secure a suitable property and build independent water, power, agriculture and surface housing.

  5. Phase 5Planned

    Underground construction

    Build, inspect and commission the protected refuge and its emergency systems.

  6. Phase 6Planned

    Operational readiness

    Test every system, train residents, complete supply reserves and set up a long-term maintenance program.
